   Our quality system runs on a simple principle: catch issues early, verify before shipping.
   At every production stage, our techs run automated checks for Resistance Measurement, Insulation Test, and Withstand Voltage Test. These aren't spot checks—we monitor continuously, so problems get flagged before they become costly defects.
   Finished samples head to our lab for the real stress tests: Life Test, Salt Spray Test, Humidity Test, and Glow Wire Test.

   We also track everything through statistical process control.Critical parameters hold steady at under 50 PPM—that means fewer than 5 defects per 100,000 units, a yield above 99.995%.
   There is much more than just numbers.

   What matters is that every element we ship has been tested under conditions close to what it'll face in your factory or in your customer's kitchen. 

Package

   We provide bespoke packaging solutions tailored to the specific dimensions and materials of each product, exercising strict control over material selection, structural design and the packaging process.

   The packaging process focuses on protection against shock, moisture and scratches, ensuring that products remain intact during transport and storage. 

   Every batch undergoes a pre-dispatch inspection to guarantee consistent packaging quality and, consequently, the quality of the delivered goods.

1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

     The MOQ depends on the product type and the level of customisation, and is subject to negotiation based on specific specifications. We recommend contacting our sales team directly to obtain an accurate quotation.

2. How long does delivery usually take?

     Standard customised orders typically take 15–20 days. 

     As we have in-house production capabilities covering the entire process, we can discuss shortening the lead time for urgent orders.  The exact delivery time depends on the order quantity and the complexity of the customisation.  

3. Can samples be sent? Is there a charge for samples?

     Yes. Once the customer has provided the drawings and specific requirements, and we have reached an agreement together, we can arrange for a sample to be produced. The sample fee is determined by the complexity of the customisation and may be refunded following a bulk order, subject to mutual agreement.
